Bulletin generators for ABBS

This archive consists of the following two bulletin-generators:
TopUD and TopMsg.
TopUD: generates a list of the top upload/downloaders
=====
Template: Bulletin/A,E=Entries/K/N,KB=KiloByte/S,S=Sysop/S:
Bulletin The filename where the bulletin should be saved
E=Entries Number of entries in the bulletin (value between 5 and 25)
KB=KiloByte Sort
S=Sysop Includes the Sysop in the statistics.
TopMsg: generates a list of the top msg-writers.
